Step 1. Backup iOS device with iTunes is one of the most common ways for iOS users. Open iTunes, go to Account to sign in your Apple ID firstly.
Step 2. Find the little phone icon on the left of iTunes homepage and click on it. And there are two ways for you to backup iOS device: backup to pc or backup to iCloud. Tick This Computer > Back Up Now to backup your data to computer. Or Tick iCloud > Back Up Now to backup your data to iCloud.
Step 3. And you can also restore your backup file via tapping on Restore Backup. Besides, make sure you’ve opened iCloud Drive on your iOS device before you backup file to iCloud.

Step 2 : Then simply connect your iPhone/iPad/iPod to computer with USB cable. Then Syncios is going to load your data. If it's your first time connecting your device to the computer, you need to authorize this computer to access your data by tapping Trust or Allow on your device's screen. This step might take a while according to your data size, please be patient.
Step 3 : All data of your iPhone/iPad/iPod device will be listed on the middle of box after data loading, please simply check contents you need to backup, and customize the backup bath on the right bottom corner, then click on Start Copy button. After a while, all source device data will be saved to computer. Also, this step will take a while according to your data size, please be patient.
Step 4 : Just need to choose Restore from PC under Backup up to PC and Restore from PC when you need to restore data to your device. Syncios will detect all previous backups stored on computer and list them for you to select. Choose one backup and choose contents you need to restore and click on Start Copy.
