To save time, we need a quick way to sync contacts to Outlook. I don't want to sync iPhone contacts to outlook by manually anyway. Last time, I tried to sync part of my contacts to Outlook with a free mobile manager. I want to share my experience right now! Meanwhile, I also want to share some methods I tried before. Firstly, I will share the most convenient way to transfer contacts from iPhone 12(Pro) to Outlook. I tried all ways in this article and choose the best one for. With Syncios Mobile Manager free version, you can easily manage all files on your iOS or Android devices, not just transfer contacts to Outlook. Check a brief description below then start all steps.
Step 1:Start Syncios Mobile Manager on your computer, then get a USB cable to connect iPhone 12 to computer. When a pop-up message appears on iPhone 12, choose Trust then your phone could be recognized successfully.
Step 2: Go to Information > Contacts to load all contacts from your iPhone 12. If you have turned on iCloud on your phone, you can see all contacts under group "iCloud Contacts". Then you can only backup contacts but you could not edit, delete an etc. You can go to Settings > Apple ID > iCloud to turn off "Contacts backup option". Choose Keep contacts on your iPhone. You can turn on this backup option after the transfer.
Step 3:Then connect your iPhone 12 to computer again. Now your contacts are saved to local storage on iPhone 12. Go to Information > Contacts and choose contacts and tap Backup. You can choose "Backup the selected contacts" or "Backup all contacts", then choose to Outlook.
Step 4:Then a pop-up window asking you to backup contacts to computer. Click Backup. After that, you are required to log in with Outlook account by a pop-up window. Input your Outlook account and sign in. Then Syncios will start backing up iPhone 12 contacts to Outlook.
Step 5:When it's finished, open Outlook website and log in. Go to "contact icon" on the lower left bar, tap it you can check all contacts here. Choose to check contacts in date order, then you can see the contacts your just imported from iPhone 12.

The new imported contacts will merge with the existing contacts in Outlook instead of replacing them.
To sync iOS data with iTunes is common. You can back up iOS data with iTunes, but when restoring, all data will be replaced. So it's only for backing up data. Step 1: To establish a successful connection, make sure you've installed the latest iTunes on your computer. Otherwise you can download from its official website.
Step 2: Connect your iPhone 12 to computer and choose trust this computer on your phone when connecting. Start iTunes and go to Account to link it with the same Apple ID on your iPhone 12.
Step 3: Go to device icon then choose info tab under iPhone 12. You will see an option "Sync Contacts with", just tick off the check box.Choose All Contacts or Selected Groups under this option, then and choose sync contacts with Outlook.
Step 4: You will be prompted to sync or cancel, choose Switch. Now go to lower right to tap Sync. iTunes will sync all contacts from your iPhone 12 to Outlook. If you need to check the imported contacts, just go to step 5 of solution 1.

Be careful! Your original contacts stored in Outlook may be covered by newly exported ones.
To transfer contacts from iPhone 12 to Outlook by using iCloud, you need to make sure you have synced all contacts with iCloud. Then we can start all steps. If not, just take an immediate backup on your iPhone 12 right now, then follow us in detail.
Step 1: Just visit iCloud.com and log in with your Apple ID. On the main interface of iCloud backup website, navigate to Contacts.
Step 2: Select contacts you need to transfer. If you want to export multiple contacts, you can click a single name, place your mouse cursor over the final contact you want to export, meanwhile, press and hold the "Shift" key, and then click the last contact.
Step 3: After the selection, click the gear icon in the bottom-left corner and select "Export vCard" in the pop-up menu.
Step 4: Select a location you'd like to save your vCard and give it a name. After making your selection, click "OK" to import your contacts. If you need to check the imported contacts, just go to step 5 of solution 1.

🌼 For iOS devices running lower than iOS 14:
Step 1: Get your iPhone 12, then just open Settings then scroll down, tap Password & Account. Go to Add Account > Outlook.com. Now you need to login with your Outlook account.
Step 2: You just need to enable Contacts or Email, Calendar, and Reminders, and then all contacts from this iPhone 12 will be automatically synced to your Outlook account.
🌼 For iOS devices running iOS 14 above:
Step 1: The settings is little different on iOS devices running iOS 14 above. Get your iPhone 12, then just open Settings then scroll down, tap Contacts.
Step 2: Now you can Add Account > Outlook.com. Login with your Outlook account. And sync iPhone 12 contacts to Outlook. If you need to check the imported contacts, just go to step 5 of solution 1.

Step 1: Get your iPhone 12, then just open Settings then scroll down, tap Password & Account. Go to Add Account > Microsoft Exchange. Now you need to login with your Microsoft Exchange account. Your iPhone will contact the Exchange Server and it requires you to fill in the address of the server in the Server field.
Step 2: After entering all details correctly, you can select the contacts you want to synchronize with your Outlook account. Tap Save to sync iPhone contacts with Outlook.

Step 1: Just get your iPhone 12, and also open Settings then scroll down, tap Contacts.
Step 2: Now you can Add Account > Microsoft Exchange. Login with your Microsoft Exchange account. After entering all details correctly, you can select the contacts you want to synchronize with your Outlook account. Tap Save to sync iPhone contacts with Outlook. If you need to check the imported contacts, just go to step 5 of solution 1.
