How to Transfer Data from Samsung to Google Pixel 3

Step 1: Launch Syncios Data Transfer >> Connect Samsung & Google Pixel 3 to computer

Then launch it and connect both your Samsung device and Google Pixel 3 to computer via USB cable. Please make sure you have open 'USB debugging' mode on your devices. If they are not, you can click on 'Flip' button to switch. After your phones finish connecting correctly to Syncios, click 'Next' for the next step.

Step 2: Choose desired contents >> Click 'Next' to launch the transferring process

Now, transferrable contents will list on the screen. If you want to transfer all of them, please check the checkbox of 'Select All'. Transfer specific contents need the help of Syncios Manager. Now please download and install Syncios Manager on your computer first. In the following paragraph, we will demonstrate you how to transfer Samsung photos to Google Pixel 3.

Export Samsung Photos

First, we will do operation on Samsung device. Please connect your Samsung device to computer via USB cable, choose 'Photos' option on the left panel and wait for Syncios to sync your Samsung device. After that you can choose the certain photo folder or specific photo file(Double click the certain photo folder to enter) to transfer. Choose your desired contents and click 'Export' button on the menu bar. Choose your saving path and click 'Export' again to launch.

Method 3: Use Pixel Switch to get start your Pixel 3

What you need to prepare?

1. The Quick Switch Adapter that came with your Pixel 3.
2. The SIM ejection tool that came with your Pixel 3.
3. Your Samsung phone and Google Pixel 3.
4. Wi-Fi connection.

1. Insert your SIM.

Remove the SIM card from your Samsung and with the tool provided, open the SIM tray on your Pixel 3. Insert the SIM card, and allow a few seconds to activate. You're all set.

2. Connect to Wi-Fi and sign in with your Google Account.

Once you have the SIM in place and you've turned on your Pixel 3, join a Wi-Fi network. Then, plug in your Samsung to your new Pixel 3 with the included Quick Switch Adapter. Lastly, unlock your Samsung and sign in to your Google Account with your new Pixel 3. You can still use your Samsung during this process.

3. Get your stuff and go.

Once you've signed into your Google Account, select what you want to copy, such as apps, contacts, calendar events, photos, videos, music, SMS messages, and more. Then, tap "copy" and let your data transfer begin. When the transfer is finished you'll see a confirmation message. Time to enjoy your new Pixel 3!
